Every parent needs a break, but a reliable babysitter requires preparation. Ask friends and family for recommendations and set clear expectations. Think SAFE: Sleep, Activity, Food, and Elimination—covering bedtime routines, allowed activities, dietary needs, and bathroom assistance.
