NO “Stigma” with Early Intervention – ONLY “Comfort”

Caitlin PCD early intervention parent

“I was the one who initiated the talk about early intervention with our pediatrician after a friend told me not to be afraid of it.  Anthony had his first evaluation at 3 months old after I noticed signs of Torticollis. We have had such a wonderful, positive experience with Lori and Partners in Child Development. I think there is still a slight stigma attached to early intervention, but my recommendation to all new parents is to embrace EI.”

Caitlin added, “It is comforting knowing that there is a professional evaluating and providing feedback on how to help your child.”

NOTE: Torticollis is a condition where your baby’s neck muscles cause their head to twist and tilt to one side.
